Casa Lutecia is an open and spacious house that is a short 400-yard walk away from the beach. Nestled in the jungle on a hilltop surrounded by forest canopy, you will see incredible views of the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, Ballena Island and dense jungles from the expansive balconies.
Through the cool forest trees, you might catch a glimpse of the elusive blue morpho butterfly, and you can follow the private trial right down to the beach and take a dip in the ocean or in the refreshing clear river pond.
One thing that is so special about this place is that it features large windows and open screened spaces throughout the house, from which you can take in the magical scenery. Relax and catch a glimpse of sloths, howler, and capuchin monkeys, toucans, cherry and blue tanagers, hummingbirds, macaws and chachalacas. RENTAL DETAILS
This home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a fully furnished kitchen in case you want to have any of your meals at the house. The master bedroom, located on the second level features a king size bed and has an additional single bed for young children, along with a full bath. The second bedroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a queen size bed. The first floor includes the dining area, family room, kitchen and has a bath and shower. As it is surrounded by tropical vegetation, don't be surprised to hear monkeys or birds waking you up in the morning.
